How AscendFlare handles your data

AscendFlare is operated by Apex Root Solutions LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Delaware, with its registered office in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware, and its principal place of business in Cedar Hill, Dallas County, Texas. These documents describe the service, what it stores, who processes it, and your rights. In plain terms:

  • AscendFlare never publishes, launches or spends without your explicit, itemised approval, and every such action is written to an append-only audit log.
  • AscendFlare never asks for a platform password. Connections use OAuth or platform-issued API keys, encrypted at rest, revocable at any time.
  • AscendFlare never generates fake reviews or manipulates ratings, and refuses to build tooling that evades store policy.
  • You can export your workspace data and delete your workspace or account yourself.

Platform data statements

Each platform AscendFlare integrates with requires us to say how their data is used:

  • Google (Play Console, Google Ads, YouTube): AscendFlare’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to read and edit the listings, campaigns and channels you connect, and is never sold or used for advertising unrelated to your account.
  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads): data from Meta APIs is used solely to manage the Pages, Instagram accounts and ad accounts you connect, per the Meta Platform Terms; you can remove AscendFlare’s access in your Meta settings at any time, and disconnecting revokes it.
  • TikTok: content is posted only to your own account with the audience and interaction settings you choose per post; data from the TikTok API is used only to publish and report on those posts.
  • LinkedIn, Apple (App Store Connect, Apple Ads): tokens and keys are used only for the listing, page or campaign actions you approve.
